Whenever an authority shall determine that it is necessary for transmission facilities, including tracks, pipes, mains, conduits, cables, wires, towers, poles, and other equipment and appliances of whatever nature existing or used in connection with public and private utilities, pipeline companies, or pipeline operators which now are, or hereafter may be, located in, on, along, over, or under any tollway project, to be relocated in the tollway project, or to be removed from the tollway project, the owner or operator of the transmission facilities shall relocate or remove the transmission facilities in accordance with the order of the authority involved.
