§ 14-27-103 — Meetings - Notice

(a) A county intergovernmental cooperation council shall meet at least one (1) time annually. (b) Meetings of the council shall be open to the public and held in a public meeting room. (c) Meetings of the council shall be at the call of the chair unless a majority of the council's membership petition for a meeting to be held. (d) The secretary of the council shall notify the public and the press of council meetings at least three (3) days before the meetings.
