§ 14-267-106 — Bonds - Authority to issue

(a) Municipalities and counties are authorized to use any available revenues for the accomplishment of pollution control projects, either alone or together with other available funds and revenues. They may issue bonds, as authorized in this chapter, for the accomplishment of pollution control projects, either alone or together with other available funds and revenues. (b) Bonds may be issued in such principal amount as shall be sufficient to pay the cost of accomplishing the pollution control project involved, the cost of issuing bonds, the amount necessary for a reserve, if deemed desirable, the amount necessary to provide for debt service on the bonds until revenues for the payment thereof are available, and any other costs and expenditures of whatever nature incidental to the accomplishment of the pollution control project involved.
