§ 14-26-102 — Date of coverage
Arkansas·Title 14
(a)This chapter shall be effective July 1, 1985.
(b)(1) Claims incurred prior to July 1, 1985, shall continue to be the responsibility of the state.
(2)Claims incurred on and after July 1, 1985, shall be the responsibility of the counties.
