§ 14-201-305 — Form of ballots - Manner of voting

(a)The county board of election commissioners shall provide ballots to be used at the election upon which shall be printed the following words: "FOR THE CREATION OF A BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES." "AGAINST THE CREATION OF A BOARD OF PUBLIC UTILITIES." (b) There shall also be printed upon the ballots the necessary words and figures to show the date of the election and the city or town wherein the election is to be held, and no other words or figures shall be printed thereon.
(c)Persons desiring to vote for the creation of a board of public utilities shall strike out the words "Against the Creation of a Board of Public Utilities" and those desiring to vote against the creation of a board of public utilities shall strike out the words "For the Creation of a Board of Public Utilities."
