§ 14-19-108 — Courthouse and jail

(a)There shall be erected in each county, at its established seat of justice, a good and sufficient courthouse and jail.
(b)The quorum court may determine by a majority vote or by referral to a vote of the people the location of the jail facility at some location other than the established seat of justice. Rev.
