§ 14-19-104 — Supervision of work

It shall be the duty of the commissioner of public buildings to:

(1)Superintend and direct the execution of the work;

(2)See that the materials employed are good and the work is executed according to contract; and (3) Make report of the progress and condition thereof from time to time to the county court. Rev. Stat., ch. 36, § 15; C. & M. Dig., § 1940; Pope's Dig., § 2462; A.S.A. 1947, § 17-912.
