§ 14-172-204 — Penalty
Arkansas·Title 14
(a)A person who violates this subchapter is guilty of a violation and upon conviction shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than five hundred dollars ($500).
(b)Each day that a violation under this section continues to exist constitutes a separate offense.
