§ 14-164-818 — Applicability
Arkansas·Title 14
This subchapter:
(1)Applies only to municipalities and counties; and (2) Does not apply to the following governmental units:
(A)The state and any agency, board, commission, or instrumentality of the state;
(B)A school district; or (C) A special assessment or taxing district established under the laws of the state.
