§ 14-16-808 — Penalties

The quorum court may provide penalties for the violation of an ordinance enacted under this subchapter to include a fine to be levied:

(1)For the failure of a disposal hauler to follow the designated local road truck route; and (2) Against a disposal operator who fails to comply with § 14-16-806(b) .
