Text
Nothing in this subchapter shall be construed to prohibit:
(1)The discharge of a firearm or archery equipment in the defense of life or property;
(2)The discharge of a firearm or archery equipment at a public or private shooting range or gallery; or (3) The discharge of a firearm by a law enforcement officer in the performance of his or her duty.
