Text
Any corporation, board, or body given charge of a recreation program is authorized to conduct its activities on:
(1)Property under its custody and management;
(2)Other public property under the custody of any other public organization, body, or board, with the consent of the corporations, bodies, or boards; and (3) Private property, with the consent of its owners.
