Text
(a)Any county or county board may:
(1)Operate a program of public recreation and playgrounds;
(2)Acquire, equip, and maintain land, buildings, or other recreational facilities; and (3) Expend funds for the operation of the program pursuant to the provisions of this subchapter.
(b)The provisions of this subchapter shall not apply to § 17-22-201 et seq.
