§ 14-15-804 — Appointment of a deputy treasurer

(a)Appointment of a deputy treasurer shall be:
(1)In writing;
(2)Signed by the county treasurer; and (3) Recorded in the county recorder's office.
(b)A deputy treasurer shall possess powers as authorized by the county treasurer.
