Text
No act or record by any county surveyor, or his or her deputy, shall be conclusive, but may be reviewed by any competent tribunal in any case where the correctness thereof may be disputed. Rev. Stat., ch. 40, § 15; C. & M. Dig., § 1898; Pope's Dig., § 2415; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-1221.
