Text

All calculations to ascertain the content of any tract of land by any county surveyor or other person shall be made by differences of latitude and departure. Rev. Stat., ch. 40, § 20; C. & M. Dig., § 1903; Pope's Dig., § 2420; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-1212.
