§ 14-15-502 — Validity of bonds

No bond entered into by a sheriff shall be deemed void for not having the approval of the court or clerk endorsed thereon. Rev. Stat., ch. 140, § 4; C. & M. Dig., § 9150; Pope's Dig., § 11812; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-1103.
