Text
Each recorder shall provide suitable books for his or her office and keep regular and faithful accounts of the expenses thereof. These accounts shall be audited by the county court and be paid out of the county treasury. Rev. Stat., ch. 124, § 7; C. & M. Dig., § 8623; Pope's Dig., § 11215; A.S.A. 1947, § 12-1007.
