Text

(a)County Officers. The qualified electors of each county in this state, at the time of each regular gubernatorial election, shall elect until otherwise provided by law all county officers for the term of four (4) years and until their successors are elected and qualified.
(b)Quorum Court District and Township Officers. The qualified electors of each county quorum court district and township in this state shall elect each district and township officer for the term of two (2) years and until his or her successor is elected and qualified. Election shall be held at the time of electing members of the General Assembly.
