§ 14-121-103 — Special court sessions

Arkansas·Title 14

The county and circuit court may, at the request of the commissioners of the district, at any time hold special sessions for the purpose of:

(1)Acting upon any petition or report; or (2) Making any order in a matter involving any drainage district.
