§ 14-121-102 — Applicability

(a) This act shall apply to the organization of districts, the main object of which is the construction of levees. (b) This act shall not repeal the drainage laws now in force, but it is an alternative system. (c) Drainage districts may be organized under this act or under the statutes which are in force at the time of the passage of this act.
