Text
Districts formed under this chapter shall have:
(1)Full power to enter into contracts of assurance with the federal government or any of its agencies and to do and perform all acts required by that agency in furtherance of the plan of improvement as authorized by the Congress of the United States; and (2) The right of eminent domain as provided by law for other levee or drainage districts.
