Text
As used in this subchapter:
(1)"Historic preservation" means the research, interpretation, presentation, protection, restoration, and rehabilitation of historic property; and (2) "Historic property" means any building, structure, object, district, area, or site that is significant in the history, architecture, archeology, or culture of this state, its communities, or the nation.
