Text
(a)The University of Arkansas is to make available for study in connection with the Arkansas Archeological Survey the holdings of its museum which contains the world's best and most extensive collection of Arkansas archeological material and the valuable collection of archeological and related literature held by its library.
(b)The cooperation of the University of Arkansas's personnel in other related fields of activity shall be extended to the Arkansas Archeological Survey created by this subchapter.
(c)However, the University of Arkansas's responsibility to initiate, operate, and continue to maintain an archeological program exceeding the scope of its present operations in that field shall be and is made dependent upon the fiscal year appropriation of additional state funds for that p
