Text
(a)(1) The President of the University of Arkansas shall appoint a State Archeologist who shall have a doctor of philosophy degree in anthropology with a specialization in archeology, or the equivalent in training and experience, and such other full-time or part-time employees as may be required to carry on the Arkansas Archeological Survey, all of whom shall possess such qualifications as may be prescribed by the president.
(2)The State Archeologist shall be a full-time employee of the survey.
(b)The personnel of the survey shall be deemed employees of the University of Arkansas.
