Text
(a)There is created the Mosaic Templars of America Center for African-American Culture and Business Enterprise Advisory Board which shall advise the Director of the Arkansas Heritage Division, the Director of the Mosaic Templars of America Center for African-American Culture and Business Enterprise, and staff of the Mosaic Templars of America Center for African-American Culture and Business Enterprise on the development of permanent and temporary exhibits, a plan for acquisition of resource materials, and development of educational and other programming.
(b)(1) The board shall consist of nine (9) members appointed as follows:
(A)Three (3) members shall be appointed by the Speaker of the House of Representatives;
