For the purposes of this subchapter:
(1)"Board" means the Mosaic Templars of America Center for African-American Culture and Business Enterprise Advisory Board created by this subchapter;
(2)"Center" means the Mosaic Templars of America Center for African-American Culture and Business Enterprise created by this subchapter; and (3) "Center director" means the Director of the Mosaic Templars of America Center for African-American Culture and Business Enterprise.
