Text

All counties of the State of Arkansas shall maintain corporation records for the county, if they are currently being maintained, permanently as follows:

(1)Articles of incorporation;
(2)Certificate of business under assumed name;
(3)Articles of amendment;
(4)Registration of fictitious names of corporation;
(5)Articles of merger or consolidation;
(6)Change of registered office or agent;
(7)Authorized share of stock;
(8)Cancellation of shares; and (9) Certificate of dissolution of corporation.
