§ 12-9-125 — Duty-to-intervene training

In accordance with the certification requirements of the Arkansas Commission on Law Enforcement Standards and Training, all law enforcement officers in the state shall complete annual training related to a law enforcement officer's duty to intervene if the law enforcement officer observes the use of excessive force by another law enforcement officer.
