Text
A person subject to this code is guilty of sexual assault and shall be punished as a court-martial directs if the person engages in sexual contact with another person:
(1)By forcible compulsion;
(2)Who is incapable of consent because he or she is:
(A)Physically helpless;
(B)Mentally defective; or (C) Mentally incapacitated; or (3) By abuse of authority.
