§ 12-64-525 — Record of trial
Arkansas·Title 12
(a)Each general, special, and summary court-martial shall keep a separate record of the proceedings of the trial of each case brought before it.
(b)The record of proceedings shall be prepared and authenticated in the same manner as similar courts of the United States Army and United States Air Force.
