Text

(a)The military judge of a general and special court-martial and a summary court officer may each appoint by warrant, and at any time remove, one (1) or more marshals.
(b)Each marshal shall perform the usual duties of a similarly appointed marshal and shall execute any process, mandate, or order issued by the military judge or court or officer and perform all acts and duties imposed or authorized by this code to be performed by a sheriff, marshal, or constable.
