§ 12-63-407 — Military-type canteens and exchanges - Camp Robinson and Fort Chaffee

(a)The General Assembly finds that the Adjutant General is subject to conflicting laws of the State of Arkansas and regulations of the United States Department of the Army and the National Guard Bureau, requiring the Adjutant General to reconcile conflicting laws and regulations.
(b)The purpose of this section is to eliminate duplicated and conflicting laws, reconcile state law to United States Department of the Army, United States Department of the Air Force, and National Guard Bureau regulations, and to reduce operating expenses of the Robinson Maneuver Training Center and the Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center military-type canteens and exchanges.
(c)The Adjutant General may operate the Robinson Maneuver Training Center and the Fort Chaffee Joint Maneuver Training Center mil
