Text

(a)The Adjutant General is given authority to purchase or construct armories, landing fields, or hangars, in the name of the State of Arkansas for the use and benefit of the Arkansas National Guard, at a place or places in the state as he or she may deem proper.
(b)To enable the Adjutant General to carry into effect the power and authority conferred upon him or her, he or she is given authority to sign rental contracts, employ professional assistance, execute construction contracts and contracts of purchase, and take deeds and contracts of purchase or donations of property for the purposes herein specified in the name of the State of Arkansas for the use and benefit of the Arkansas National Guard.
(c)Authority is granted the Adjutant General, the Treasurer of State, or other appropriate
