Text
(a)(1) The Division of Correction may make payment from the Division of Correction Inmate Care and Custody Fund Account to the Division of Correction Farm Fund in an amount not to exceed fifty cents (50¢) on each dollar's worth of food produced on the Division of Correction's farm for consumption in the Inmate Care and Custody Program.
(2)The Division of Community Correction may make payment to the Division of Correction Farm Fund in an amount not to exceed fifty cents (50¢) on each dollar's worth of food produced on the Division of Correction's farm for consumption by inmates in the custody of the Division of Community Correction.
(b)The Division of Correction and the Division of Community Correction shall keep appropriate records reflecting farm production and the value of farm-produc
