Text
(a)The Division of Children and Family Services of the Department of Human Services shall provide written referrals to the Office of Appeals and Hearings of the Department of Human Services identifying each juvenile who is:
(1)The subject of a true child maltreatment finding; and (2) Subject to placement on the Child Maltreatment Central Registry.
(b)The office shall schedule an administrative hearing for each juvenile identified under subsection (a) of this section.
(c)An administrative hearing scheduled under this section shall be conducted in accordance with the administrative hearing provisions of this subchapter except that the office shall not dismiss the case and place the petitioner's name on the registry based solely on the petitioner's failure to provide a file-marked copy of
