§ 12-12-1608 — Penalty
Arkansas·Title 12
The following acts are a Class A misdemeanor:
(1)Knowingly releasing or disclosing criminal history information to any unauthorized volunteer organization or person; or (2) Obtaining criminal history information for a purpose not authorized by this subchapter.
