Text
(a)Each fire protection district shall maintain an accurate fire protection district map that is certified by the:
(1)Mayor or other qualified representative of the city or town in which the fire protection district is located; or (2) County judge or county fire coordinator of the county in which the fire protection district is located.
(b)The fire protection district map created under subsection (a) of this section shall be:
(1)Compatible with the guidelines and standards under § 12-10-305 ;
(2)Transmitted to the Arkansas Geographic Information Systems Office:
(A)Annually; and (B) Upon changes to the fire protection district map by a method agreed upon by the office and the fire protection district; and (3) Maintained by the office to assist the Arkansas 911 Board in carrying out th
