Text

(a)The Director of the Division of Labor or his or her designee shall have the right to enter any building or premises for the purpose of inspection to ascertain whether any child is employed or permitted to work in violation of the provisions of this subchapter.
(b)(1) It shall be the duty of the director to enforce and administer the provisions of this subchapter.
(2)The director is authorized to adopt rules for the enforcement and administration of this subchapter.
(3)The director may revoke an employment certificate for cause.
