Text

It shall be the duty of the State Board of Health to adopt rules pertaining to the control of industrial health hazards, including and concerning the maximum allowable limits of materials, ventilation requirements, water supplies, excreta disposal facilities, washing and shower facilities, and other matters pertaining to the maintenance of the health of the worker.
