(a)(1) If an employment agent ceases business operations, the agent shall, as soon as reasonably possible, notify the Division of Labor and shall deliver or forward by mail the agent's license to the division. Failure to give notice, or failure to deliver such employment agent's license, shall be a violation of § 11-11-208 .
(2)(A) When one (1) or more individuals, on the basis of whose qualifications an agency license has been obtained, ceases to be connected with the licensed business for any reason whatsoever, the agency business may be carried on for a temporary period not to exceed thirty (30) days, under such terms and conditions as the Director of the Division of Labor shall provide by rule for the orderly closing of the business or the replacement and qualification of a new membe
