Text

(a)To be eligible to apply for a license to act as an agency manager, the applicant shall be:
(1)A citizen of the United States;
(2)Of good moral character;
(3)At least twenty-one (21) years of age;
(4)A person whose license has not been revoked within two (2) years from the date of the application;
(5)A person who has completed the twelfth grade, except that the Director of the Division of Labor may establish proof necessary to him or her that the applicant is possessed of a twelfth-grade education in terms of intellectual competency, judgment, and achievement; and (6) A person who demonstrates business integrity, financial responsibility, and judgment.
(b)(1) Every applicant for an initial license for agency manager shall file with the Division of Labor a written application on a
