Text

In adopting, amending or repealing any rule, including any regulation or standard, the commission shall observe the requirements of the Alabama Administrative Procedure Act (Section 41-22-1 et seq.). Any person may request written notification of the commission’s rule-making activities by making such request in writing to the commission.
