§ 9-15-84 — Promulgation of Rules and Regulations

Alabama·Title 9 Conservation and Natural Resources·Ch. 15 Public Lands·Art. 3 Sale or Lease of Certain Real Property by State

The Lands Division is authorized to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to implement the provisions of this article.
