Text

The revenue derived from any sale of timber or minerals from, or rental or lease of, any swamp and overflow land owned by the Department of Mental Health shall be paid by the Commissioner of Conservation and Natural Resources to the Department of Mental Health, except that there shall be retained by the Lands Division of the Department of Conservation and Natural Resources a management fee of 10 percent of all revenue.
