Text

(a)Any state park or park property lying seaward of the current location of Alabama Highway 182 in Baldwin County, Alabama, shall not be sold. The project site and any portion thereof, including buildings and structures constructed on the project site, shall not be sold.
(b)The Governor may authorize any state park or park property lying seaward of the current location of Alabama Highway 182 in Baldwin County, Alabama, including the project site, in whole or in part, to be leased for a period of 12 years or shorter, including all extension or renewal periods. Any lease of such property described in this subsection over 12 years, including all extension or renewal periods, shall be subject to approval by a majority vote of the Gulf State Park Project Committee, as provided for in subsecti
