Text
The revenue derived from the sale of the stamp provided for herein shall be remitted to the department on the first day of each month by the judge of probate or issuing officer and shall be covered into the State Treasury to the credit of the Game and Fish Fund and shall be used for projects approved by the department for the procurement, development, restoration, maintenance or preservation of wetlands, for waterfowl habitat, and the development or improvement of controlled public waterfowl hunting areas, except that part which is specified by the department for use in paying administrative expenses. No part of revenues derived from the sale of this stamp shall be used to pay administrative expenses not directly related to waterfowl management and no part of revenues shall be used to pay
