§ 9-11-252 — Penalties for Violations of Provisions of Sections 9-11-250 and 9-11-251

A violation of Sections 9-11-250 or 9-11-251 shall constitute a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, the person, firm or corporation violating same shall be punished for the first offense by a fine of not less than $500.00, by the revocation of all hunting license privileges for a period of one year from the date of conviction, and shall also be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of not less than three nor more than 10 days. Any person, firm or corporation convicted the second time of violating Sections 9-11-250 or 9-11-251 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $1,000.00, by the revocation of all hunting license privileges for a period of three years from the date of conviction, and shall also be imprisoned in the county jail for a period of
