§ 9-11-246 — Penalties for Violations of Provisions of Sections 9-11-244 and 9-11-245

Any person who violates any of the provisions of Sections 9-11-244 or 9-11-245 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be punished by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $100.00 for each offense. Any person convicted the second time of violating Sections 9-11-244 or 9-11-245 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $50.00 nor more than $250.00 and, at the discretion of the court, may also be imprisoned in the county jail for not longer than six months. Any person convicted of violating Sections 9-11-244 or 9-11-245 the third or subsequent times shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and shall be punished by a fine of not less than $100.00 nor more than $500.00 and, at the discretion of the court, may also be imprisoned in the
