Text
(a)The members of the commission shall receive no salary or compensation as members of such commission, but shall be reimbursed for expenses of travel, meals, and lodging while in the performance of their duties as members of such commission in accordance with Article 2, Chapter 7, Title 36.
(b)The commission shall hold regular meetings at least twice every calendar year at the time and place designated by the chairperson of the commission. Special meetings of the commission may be called at the discretion of the chairperson of the commission and shall be called by the chairperson of the commission upon written request of the division chief or three members of the commission requesting that the commission consider any matter within its authority.
